Seagulls flying around lighthouses and following racing sailboats, on top of the natural composition bases to "simulate" sand which have been heavily polyurethaned. Bands are sized, finished usually with a Waverly fabric, made adjustable to fit comfortably and reattached to the base with brass tacks.
